Wilmer graduated in Structural Engineering at the University of Trieste in 2006, with a thesis developed at the University of Cincinnati, Ohio (USA). On returning to Europe, he began his career in the United Kingdom as a site engineer with a Cambridge company. Following a brief interlude in Italy, he returned abroad, this time to Turkey, as a project manager for railway infrastructure projects. Since then, he has been involved in various project management activities and the opening of new markets for engineering and project management companies operating in the real estate and infrastructure sectors, such as in Germany, the United Kingdom, Morocco and the United States.
From 2017 onwards, he has been deeply engaged with the Italian and European real estate and infrastructure market, with an exclusive focus on project management activities at the service of the various operators in the supply chain.
Since 2022 he has held the role of Managing Director of Bestmind.
