Vito Giardinelli

Graduated in Management Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano, he completed in 2024 a specialization in Business Strategy and Transformation, with a focus on digital transformation in companies. His thesis analyzed the strategic assets and organizational capabilities that traditional companies need to develop to evolve their business models toward platform-based architectures, with particular attention to the challenges of the transition and the critical success factors.

He has gained solid professional experience as a Functional Consultant at a company specializing in IT solutions, where he had the opportunity to work on various ERP system implementation and integration projects in the Finance domain. In this role, he guided clients through complex financial process digitization, developing not only deep technical expertise on major management systems but also strong relational skills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations. His consulting experience allowed him to refine his abilities in managing complex projects, communicating with stakeholders at different organizational levels, and analyzing business requirements.

Since 2025, he has been working at Bestmind as a Planning Engineer, contributing to the planning and coordination of project activities and leveraging the technical-management background acquired through his education and previous work experiences.
