Teresa Maggioli

Graduating from Architecture at the Polytechnic University of Turin in 2012, Teresa’s thesis focused on the urban redevelopment of 125th Street in Harlem, NY, promoting the social movement "El Sistema", based on social redevelopment through creative and culturally-informed recreational activities.
She began her career in the large integrated planning companies of Italy, mainly in the industrial and sports sectors

Based on the approach she developed, she continued to distinguish herself in her career as an architect on the Italian and foreign markets. Along this path she came to deal with all architectural design activities in BIM, design and DL coordination and relations with private and public clients, formally becoming a Senior Architect.

From 2024, she joined Bestmind as Design Manager, and since 2026 she has held the role of Head of Sport Design & Regulatory Compliance.
