Luca is presently studying Business Administration & Management at the LUM University of Bari. Despite his young age, he has already gained about 7 years of experience in the construction sector, and 3 further years in oil & gas, working both with small contractors and participating in large projects with multinationals.
His approach emphasises the exploration and adoption of new technologies and new business models, always trying to find innovative solutions to improve processes, the use of data, reports and consequently, communication. He combines this with a collaborative and empathy-based attitude, developed through experience with multiple different professional cultures.
