Laura graduated in Economics of Productive Sectors and International Markets from the University of Trieste in 2019. During her studies, she explored topics related to industrial economics, presenting an experimental thesis on waste management policies in relation to sustainable economic development.
She began her career as a researcher at a national research institution, working on innovation projects for SMEs. Here, she developed expertise in market analysis, funded project management, and technology transfer, collaborating with companies to optimize processes and development strategies.
She later expanded her experience in operational and strategic management, focusing on data analysis, document management, and internal process review. She contributed to defining strategies for organizational improvement and implementing digital tools for operational control.
Currently, at BestMind, Laura works as a Business Analyst, providing support in optimizing business processes, managing commercial operations, and analyzing data to enhance strategy and business performance.
