Certified Public Accountant and Statutory Auditor, he holds a Master in Business Administration from SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan. He is a corporate tax specialist and business consultant in the areas of tax planning and management control, with substantial experience in the preparation of business plans, company valuation reports, and the drafting of due diligence reports and letters of intent in support of extraordinary transactions, including business transfers, mergers, business leases, and corporate reorganizations. He also specializes in sports taxation.
He lectures at the CONI Lombardia Regional School of Sport, at the 24 Business School of Il Sole 24 Ore, and at the University of Milano-Bicocca within the Master’s programme in Sports Law and Employment Relations in Sport. He is a columnist and member of the journal “Fiscosport.” Since 2015, he has been a partner at 5IVE SPORT CONSULTING SRL, a consultancy firm specializing in sports facilities, and since 2019, a partner at STUDIO VERITAX Commercialisti Associati.
As of 2026, his expertise also forms part of Bestmind’s Technical Management Committee dedicated to the Sport & Entertainment Management sector.
