Cinzia Lauro

She has developed extensive experience within the Italian basketball system, gained over more than twenty years with Pallacanestro Olimpia Milano, where she served as General Secretary, working closely with national and international Federations and Leagues. In Italy, she was the first female Team Manager of a men’s team.

After a stimulating experience at RCS Sport, she returned to basketball as Head of Events and Ticketing at Pallacanestro Cantù, contributing to the reopening and enhancement of the PalaBancoDesio, the city’s historic arena. Over the years, she went on to assume the roles of General Secretary and subsequently Senior Executive Manager.

Since 2018, she has been working as an independent professional in the organization of medium- and large-scale sporting events, with a particular focus on institutional relations and the management and operation of sports facilities.

Today, her expertise and professionalism are an integral part of the Bestmind Technical Management Committee, contributing to the development of services dedicated to sports and entertainment infrastructure.
