Technical Management Committee

We offer a comprehensive and integrated solution covering the entire project lifecycle and the subsequent operational management phase of the infrastructure. 

The process is supported by our Technical Management Committee, a specialized sector body, from preliminary due diligence — including technical, regulatory, economic-financial and risk analysis — through redevelopment, definition of the Management Plan and preparation of the Financial Plan. 

Upon completion of the works, the Technical Management Committee supports the Board of Directors of the future operator during the operational phase, with the task of: 

• ensuring cost control and optimization; 
• increasing and diversifying revenues; 
• providing strategic direction and technical expertise to improve the overall performance of the infrastructure over the medium to long term; 
• ensuring compliance with and implementation of the plans developed during the redevelopment phase.
