Thanks to our experience, we managed the project management, architectural and structural works management, and all fire prevention practices, ensuring a perfect balance between functionality, safety and style.

We also oversaw the transformation of apartments into 13 exclusive Suites attached to the TIVOLI HOTEL. These spaces, spread over 4 floors for a total of 700 square meters, offer the ultimate in elegance and comfort, completing the luxury experience of the PortoPiccolo complex.

Our management oversaw every aspect: from architectural and structural work management to fire safety, to deliver a project that reflects our attention to detail and expertise in project management.
