German multinational SEW Eurodrive sought to create a new research and production hub in Italy, placing it in the heart of Italy’s ‘Motor Valley’, Borgo Panigale in the province of Bologna.
The newly constructed building will sport a total floorspace of 13,000m2, comprised of a research and development centre, production area and an office.
The construction of the building was assigned to the PRaCT Business Network, composed of Truzzi S.p.A., Proteo Engineering S.r.l., R.G.M. Elettrotecnica Industriale S.r.l., Corazza S.r.l., Ialc Serramenti S.r.l. and Imeco S.r.l., selecting Bestmind for coordination activities during the construction phase of the building.
