Commercial leadership and management support were provided for one of the UK’s most significant infrastructure programmes. Activities included overseeing the full commercial strategy, managing contract and cost functions, and ensuring stakeholder alignment at both governmental and delivery levels. The work included solving complex regulatory and compliance challenges (e.g., DCO), and successfully transitioning from a large-scale client-side operation to main contractor engagement. A major success was the resolution of historical claims and the development of robust baseline estimates for design and enabling scopes.
