Real estate developer RIV S.a.S., as the owner of surrounding properties, moved to complete a further expansion of Jesolo Lido Design District complex, set in the seaside resort of Jesolo in the province of Venice.
The new residential expansion, designed by the American studio Meier Partners, consists of two buildings, The Beach Residence (TBR), with a total living space of 15,300m3, and The Richard Meier Tower (TRMT), with 21,500m3.
The TRMT building is a residential tower approximately 80 meters high, comprised of 88 residential units and an underground garage of 4,800m2. The activities of Architectural Design, Structural Design, Plant Design, Safety Coordination, Fire Prevention, Works Management, Project and Construction Management were assigned to F&M Ingegneria S.p.A..
Bestmind assisted F&M in the Design Management activities for the tower, managing communications with Meier Partners and the developer, as well as in Procurement Management activities for The Beach Residence.
It is an integrated urban and real estate development aimed at creating a new residential and commercial hub. The project combines contemporary architecture with urban planning.
Coordination between different urban functions and stakeholders is central. It is necessary to ensure consistency between architectural development and the territorial context.
Bestmind supported project coordination, contributing to the integrated management of the project’s various components.
