{"id":1200,"date":"2024-09-20T11:02:51","date_gmt":"2024-09-20T09:02:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.bestmind.it\/progetto\/jesolo-design-district\/"},"modified":"2026-04-21T14:14:17","modified_gmt":"2026-04-21T12:14:17","slug":"jesolo-design-district","status":"publish","type":"progetto","link":"https:\/\/new.bestmind.it\/en\/project\/jesolo-design-district\/","title":{"rendered":"Jesolo Design District"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div style=\"height:51px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Real estate developer RIV S.a.S., as the owner of surrounding properties, moved to complete a further expansion of Jesolo Lido Design District complex, set in the seaside resort of Jesolo in the province of Venice.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new residential expansion, designed by the American studio Meier Partners, consists of two buildings, The Beach Residence (TBR), with a total living space of 15,300m3, and The Richard Meier Tower (TRMT), with 21,500m3.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignwide size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/new.bestmind.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Jesolo-Design-District-&#x2013;-LUXURY-HOUSES-2-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-783\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The TRMT building is a residential tower approximately 80 meters high, comprised of 88 residential units and an underground garage of 4,800m2.
